I Watermark Everything stamp 01

. . . .Learning finally how to add stamps onto my profile page,
I was a bit stumped and unable to find any to do with watermarks ?!?!

It's been a long while since using Animation , so I may have another go at this. 
Made from stock base, painted black with Times New Roman text HTML code # 00C0AC

Backlight from left to right ,,, Copied & reversed & added that to original to make left right loop.
